Memorandum of Understanding

 Child Watch of North America (“CW”) and SafeToSurf.net (“STS”) collectively (“Parties”),  agree to execute this Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”), effective this 8^th day of March, 2004.

 Whereas,

CW, an organization whose goals are to ensure the safety of all children though preventive education, and

 Whereas,

STS, has developed various Internet protocols to protect children from unwanted exposure to inappropriate material online, now

 Therefore,

the Parties agree to perform tasks to support each other in order to maximize the resources and effectiveness of both organizations.
